Refund Policy
dingyue.app only sells digital goods, so refund handling differs from physical goods. Please review this policy before ordering.

1. Overview
Once digital goods are fully delivered on the order page, refunds are generally not supported. We may still review refund or replacement requests in the cases below.
2. Cases that may qualify
- The system fails to display the delivered content on the order page after payment and support confirms it cannot be resent;
- The delivered activation code, account, or top-up proof is completely unusable for supplier-side reasons and cannot be replaced;
- An incorrect item was delivered because of our mistake and remains unusable;
- Duplicate charges occurred while only one or zero deliveries were received.
3. Cases that do not qualify
- The item was delivered normally but you no longer need it or ordered by mistake;
- Your account was restricted by a third-party platform because their rules were violated;
- Losses caused by sharing the order link, account credentials, or activation code yourself;
- Incompatibility caused by not following the region, language, or version requirements stated on the product page.
4. Review process
- Contact us through the Support page using email, Telegram, Discord, or X;
- Provide the order number or order link, describe the issue, and attach screenshots when relevant;
- We review the case within a reasonable time and, if approved, issue a refund through the original payment channel or arrange a replacement.
5. Processing time
After a refund is approved, funds are typically returned through Taria Pay or the original payment channel within several business days. Actual arrival time depends on the bank or stablecoin settlement network.
6. Partial refunds
If only part of a multi-item or multi-variant order is affected, we may issue a partial refund or partial replacement based on the impacted line item only.
7. Follow-up
dingyue.app may adjust this policy based on operational needs. If you disagree with the refund result for a specific order, you may request a follow-up review through support.
